- You sure can! You do not need to be gay, lesbian, bisexual or transgender (GLBT) to advertise with us. Any GLBT friendly individual (vacation rental owner) or business (vacation rental management company) can and should advertise with us!

- Annual cost for your first listing is $139 US dollars (that is only $11.58 per month, or $.38 per day!). Volume discounts are available.

- Volume discounts are available: additional listings are 10% off for up to 10 listings; 20% off after the 10th listing.

- No. PinkPavilions.com is not a rental or property management agency. The only fee you will pay us is our advertising fee.

- How many pictures can I post? What does a listing look like?
- You can post up to 5 pictures, as long as you own them or have permission to use them. View a screen shot of a sample listing.

- I am not very good at computers. How difficult is it to insert and edit my property listing?
- Our web site was developed with the user in mind! Our advertiser interface is very easy to use and you do not have to have a technical background to insert or edit your property listing. It takes only about 10 minutes to add a new property.

- How can I pay for my advertising?
- Currently PinkPavilions.com accepts VISA and Mastercard only, offering secure online payment processing through Authorize.net, a global leader in online credit card processing.

- Is renewal automatic? Will I be charged automatically?
- No, renewal is not automatic. Provided you maintain the email address used by you to sign up, you will receive an invitation to renew your listing, 30 days before it expires. Your credit card will not be charged unless you renew your listing yourself.

- What if there is a problem during my holiday?
- It is in your best interest and the owner’s interest to fix any problems immediately. Contact information for the owner or their local representative should be included in pre arrival instructions and posted in the rental. The person you have been directed to contact will be your best resource to quickly resolve any issues.

- What kind of warranty do you provide?
- PinkPavilions.com uptime is monitored daily to guarantee the quality of your investment. If PinkPavilions.com is down for more than one day (24 hours) we will extend your listing to ensure your vacation rental property gets a total of 365 days of exposure.

- What is your refund policy?
- PinkPavilions.com will refund your fee fully if you regret your purchase during the first 72 hours, but the actual credit to your credit card account may take several weeks, as per Authorize.net policies.
