- Villa set in a quiet, safe countryside with town centre 3 minutes by car. There are Banks,several restuarants,Supermarkets which include Winn Dixie, Publix and Wallmart in the Town centre. Being in Central Florida the villa is an excellent base for visiting places further afield of Disney and adjoining theme parks. Visits to Busch Gardens, St Petersburgh Beach on the Gulf side takes 1.5 & 2 hours journey respectively. Other places which include Clearwater, Treasure Island, Sarasota, Venice are just two hours travelling. On the Atlantic side there are many interesting places to visits such as Daytona, Fort Lauderdale, Miami , Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre. Sea cruises of at least three days to Bahamas ect can be booked through this medium. The Everglades lies in the southern part of Florida and can be reached in a few hours. The Keys is another great place to visit but needs to be an overnight stay. The nearest Golf course is just down the road at Solivita with Haines city Club 20 minutes by car. Other courses less than 20 minutes travel are Oaks, Kissimmee and Champions Gate.

Additional features: This holiday home accomodates up to eight people ( six without bed settee) with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The electrically heated pool( 24 ft by 14 ft) is enclosed and private to the villa. There is no additional charge for pool heating.
Air conditioning operates throughout the building. There are ample towels,bed linen and most of household appliances are available. Cable tv is in the sitting/dining area with vhs and dvd and also provides lounge furniture and six seater dining table.
Disney and associated parks are 30 mins away and 192 in Kissimmee takes only 13 mins to travel by car.
