We would like to invite you to enjoy all Lake Tahoe has to offer from the comforts of this beautiful newer mountain home. Upstairs you'll find a large modern kitchen and dinning room, livingroom with a river rock fireplace and flat screen TV. The master suite is large, the master bath features a huge shower.

Upstairs is the large family area with reading nook, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo system and large balcony.

Located on the other side of the family area are the other two bedrooms. One is very roomy with a queen sized bed. The other bedroom has a bunk bed with twin top and a full on the bottom. There is also a full sized futon in the family area.

The garage and driveway and garage is large enough to accommodate parking for four vehicles.

Although the kitchen has all the equipment you'll need to cook your own meals...restaurants, pizzerias and breakfast cafes are close. Grocery shopping is only a mile away as well as clothing and outlet stores. There is also a gas barbeque with utensils available for outdoor cooking.

For outdoor activities, Camp Richardson is just up the road offering beaches, boat rentals, biking and historic walking trails. Perhaps you'll even catch a musical or theatrical performanace at the boathouse theater.

World class mountain biking is just down the street with trails that lead to Fallon Leaf Lake or Angora Lakes. In the winter just put on your cross country skis or snow shoes to experience the winter wonderland all around you. Many down hill ski areas close by such as Heavenly Valley, Sierra At Tahoe Ski Area, Kirkwood Ski Area and all the way up to Squaw Valley and Alpine Ski areas. Whatever you like to do, we hope you enjoy it from this wonderful vacation home.

Rates:
Low season (10/01 to 12/20 and 05/01 to 06/15 no Holidays):
1,500. + tax
We do accept nightly bookings with a minimum of 3 nights at $250 a night plus tax for low season
High season (12/20 to 4/30 and 6/16 to 9/30):
1,800. + tax
We will accept nightly bookings at $300 plus tax a night for a minimun of 3 nights.
Reservation notes:
Cleaning Fee $200.
Security Deposit $500.
Half payment is due at booking, the other half due 30 days prior to stay.
