- The house is a brand new house built in 2007, situated in a very exclusive private development on Schroon Lake. It has over 100 feet of lake front property with a very short walk to the private beach owned by the development. At the beach there is a dock and availability to dock one boat for the home. The house has two large decks overlooking the lake with a screened-in dining area. It also has a large gourmet kitchen equipped with an new professional range. The house is tastefully decorated in the Adirondack style with modern touches.
The Town of Schroon is only 3 miles away, easily accessible for food shopping, antiquing and dining. There are public tennis courts and a public sandy beach as well.
- Bed arrangement:
- Two bedrooms have king size beds. One bedroom has one bunkbed, one twin bed and two trundle beds. The sitting room off the third bedroom has a full futon.

- This house would be perfect for a snowy Thanksgiving. It is also the weekend when the ski season is kicked of at nearby Gore Mountain. April, May and June offers terrific weather for hiking and white water rafting
- Mid season (12/1 - 3/31):
- $3,000.00 /week
- This house is only 25 minutes from Gore Mountain which offers over 70 trails including single and double black diamonds as well as multiple glades to choose from.
- High season (5/29 - 9/7):
- $3,500.00 /week
- Summer on Schroon Lake is tranquil and serene. It offers motor boating and jet skiing, but not the water traffic or crowds that Lake George does.
- Reservation notes:
- One half of the rental is due within one week of making the reservation. Only money orders and certified checks accepted. Remaining one half plus a $1,000 security deposit is due one month prior to arrival. No cancellation. Deposit will be refunded only if another rental can be found for the same dates.
