Rental Rates and Conditions:
Check in time is between 12 noon and 5 PM. Check out time is by 12 noon. This is an increased stay of approximately 5 hours more than typical establishments, as most check in times are at 4pm and check out is at 11 am.
Sleeps 4 very comfortably.
Offering Daily, Weekly and Monthly Rates.
Prefer a 3 night minimum starting at $195 per night. Less than a 3 night stay subject to a $40 per night premium.
Weekly Rates starting at $1,100 and Monthly Rates at $3,300.
12% tax not included in the rate.
This is a pet friendly environment and can be discussed on a case by case basis. Dogs and Cats will be accepted with an additional $15 per night fee. Pets must be potty trained and owner will be responsible for picking up after them.
A deposit equal to half of the amount due will be required at the time of booking, with the balance due upon arrival.
If a cancellation is necessary, it must be received in writing; 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date otherwise the deposit would be forfeited.
An additional $200 pet deposit would be required, of which $150 is refundable.
