The unit is a garden level apartment with private entrance and is the only rental unit on the property of a large private home located on the second and third floors of the property

State park with great walking trails and protected marsh across the pond. Short bike ride from several Brewster and Dennis beaches and short drive from Nickerson State Park. Brewster is filled with ponds and several are close by. Nearby is a terrific yoga studio that offers many forms of yoga including hot yoga, Bikram style yoga and many others. Also several local massage therapists can be recommended. The local Unitarian Universalist First Parish Brewster is actively GLBT-friendly with lots of activities in the summer for singles, couple, families and children.

No need to bother with linens and towels, these are provided as are fresh flowers from the garden during the summer.

Additional features: Provincetown, GLBT heaven, 45 minute drive. So you can get into the mix but also have a quiet retreat. Brewster is a gay friendly community in Cape Cod. Lots of art galleries, great restaurants, movie theaters, community theater active in the summer, and close by is also Hyannis which has lots of good shopping, tourist spots, more yoga studios, scuba diving, and of course the Kennedy Family compound and JFK Museum. There is also an airport in Hyannis where you can get flights from and to Boston, Martha's Vinyard, and Nantucket. Boats to all these locations are also available from Hyannis with various departure times during the summer months, making it easy to go on day trips to those locations. Hyannis has a local gay bar in case you want to check that out.

During the summer months there is a shuttle bus from and to P-town from Brewster that also stops at many great locations along the way such as local beaches, sites, and scenic points. Fee is $1 each way!

Fall is a wonderful season in Cape Cod. Most shops and restaurants remain open but with the benefit of a low volume of summer visitors. P-town has lots of fun activities in the fall season and is still lots of fun during the winter and spring seasons. Winter is beautiful in the Cape, less cold than Boston generally by several degrees.
High season (6/1-9/15):
500 to $900 varies by week
The summer season in Brewster and Cape Cod is considered the high season. Usually from June through the first week of September. The Cape magic comes alive with lots of outdoor and in-door activities, flowers everywhere, open antique shops and art galleries, and fabulous restaurants. This is the most desirable and busy time for rentals so plan ahead.
Weekly rates for June are $450-650.
July $650-$850
August $850-$900
September $600-$900.
Packages/Special Offers:
Multiple week stays receive a $25 discount per week. OR, if you make researvations and payment at least 4 weeks prior to the arrival date, you get a $25 discount total. Multiple discounts not applied.

Reservation notes:
To make reservations, just call me at (617) 799-7280 or email me (hamaro@comcast.net) and I will send you an agreement. Receipt of payment confirms your reservation. A security deposit of $200 is refundable after departure. Cancellations later than 2 weeks prior to the arrival date will not be honored, prior to that a 1/2 of the total amount will be reimbursed.
