Rental property description:: This beautifully decorated cabin has wounderful views of the woods, a gas fireplace in the living room, and a nice size deck. It is tastefully decorated in a Bear and Wilderness theme and is located in the quiet and relaxing Cedar Pines Resort.

Our cabin is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe, just minutes from Lake Tahoe. GREAT restaurants, shopping centers, grocery store, and world class ski resorts are all just a few minutes away. We are 5 miles from the state line and casinos.

Our cabin has 1 bedroom with a sleeping loft, each has a queen size bed. There is a sleeper sofa with a full size bed in the living room. One bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 to 6 people, but can be a romantic get-away for 2 as well.

Our cabin has a fully equipped kithchen with a gas stove, microwave oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all of the dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and cooking utensils you will need to stay in and fix a delicious meal.

Our cabin has a phone for local calls, hair dryer, iron, and ironing board, and is fully stocked with bed and bath linens. There are puzzles, board games, and some books for everyone to enjoy and have a fun time. There are 2 TV's, both with DVD players and a radio with a CD player.

The resort has a coin operated washer and dryer, barbecue, fir pit, and picnic tables. Wireless Internet assess is available.

This is a Gay Owned cabin and the resort is very Gay friendly.

Bed arrangement:: One bedroom plus a sleeping loft, both with a queen size bed. There is a full size sofa bed in the living room.

Reservation notes:: *Plus 12% South Lake Tahoe hotel tax and there is a $75.00 cleaning fee per stay.

$150.00 refundable damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
$25.00 after the reservation is made & up to 5 days before the check-in date.

25% of the reservation price after 5 days & before 72 hours of the check-in date.

50% of the reservation price after 72 hours & before 48 hours of the check-in date.

100% of the reservation price if cancelled 48 hours or less before the check-in date.

*For the cancellation policy, check-in date is 12:01am of the check-in day (not check-in time).

*HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS - $25.00 after the reservation is made & up to 10 days before the check-in date. 50% of the reservation price after 10 days & before 5 days of the check-in date, 100% of the reservation price if canceled 5 days or less of the check-in date.
